About us
Tommy Plummer Tree Care was established in 2007 and is fully
insured for Public and Product Liability to £5 million.
We provide free quotations and expert advice and always
recommend the best course of action for the long-term future of
your trees.
I am a Certified Arborist with the International Society of
Arboriculture (UI1144-A). All of my team hold the relevant
National Proficiency Test Council (NPTC) certification in
addition to other qualifications where necessary. Our combined experience in different parts of the industry has
brought a variety of approaches, and in the years we have worked
together we have learnt from each others’ knowledge and
experience to deliver the best possible tree care.
Over the years we have undertaken hundreds of projects.
Some larger projects include:
- designing and executing a woodland management plan for a
woodland protected by a woodland Tree
Preservation Order
- writing a Risk Assessment and management plan for all
trees at North Luffenham primary school
- dismantling twelve 80 year old Western Red Cedars in the
churchyard of Witham on the Hill.
Smaller projects include:
- felling a 20’ tall Lawson’s Cypress in Uppingham
- trimming a Beech hedge in Irnham
- planting a Eucalyptus tree in Empingham.
